Peppar McKinney is an owner, real estate broker and property manager who leads the property-management side of the business. Through CPS Rentals, Peppar and the property-management team serve property owners and tenants in Moore County and surrounding communities.

Carolina Property Sales maintains its primary office at 280 Pinehurst Avenue, Suite 4, in Southern Pines and also has a coastal North Carolina presence through its Holly Ridge location.
