Colleen Schreiber

Originally from a small suburb Chagrin Falls/Bainbridge outside of Cleveland, Ohio. I relocated to Pinehurst, NC as a Military Spouse. My husband and I have been here together for just over 7 years. Raising our 2 daughters. With just over 18 years experience in sales, consulting, marketing, design and business ownership. Within these industries I have always remained the most motivated by helping my clients envision their dreams, achieve their goals and seeing the joy it brings them in the end. All while maintaining a relationship in our small community. 

The serial entrepreneur in me found a place in menu consulting, event coordination, textile design and interior design. I am continuously educating myself, so as to always remain an expert within various industries. My fascination with what adds value to a home and investing in my own family’s future lead me to Real Estate School in 2019. 

In January of 2020 I was issued my NC Real Estate License. While remaining home to support my daughters and husband. Along with continuing to pursue and educate myself in all areas of the real estate investment and design world. 

Seeing what a pandemic did in my small town motivated me to want to be a part of change. To help families. Give them a home. A shelter. While learning the value in property ownership or investment. I have always invested 110% in the future of my clients. Not just a part of the process but a part of their life story.
